These are the essential needs that a person has to be clear about in order to do his or her job properly.

It is the base of the pyramid, where one needs to have full clarity on what to do, what is expected of them and when it is expected. It analyzes whether employees understand their areas of responsibility and roles, as well as the ones of their managers and co-workers. This area also helps us ensure that employees have access to the tools and materials necessary to do their job in the best possible way.
