Belonging Need

This level shows the desire to connect with other people, including establishing friendly and close interpersonal relationships with other members of the company. This need measures the level of integration between the different members of the team and evaluates how people and groups feel based on their level of interaction, trust, cohesion and union. It also determines how strong the relationships between the different teams are and how they work together. Finally, it assesses the communion between the members of the company, what each of them does to get closer or more separated from the group, and how to increase teamwork.
