Contribution Need
This need measures the impact of individuals and groups on the creation of well-being in the company, as well as how much each person contributes to its synergy.
The contribution need assesses how “useful” or how much part of the solution people feel within the company. The extent to which we feel helpful is the extent to which we can perform our functions efficiently. This level focuses on the efforts to excel and achieve, the pursuit of excellence and recognition within the team.
Sample questions/statements focused on the contribution need:
Teamwork is highly efficient at my workplace.
Here, everyone is responsible for his work and results.
In my team, the “whole” is more important than the sum of the various parts.
