This is the top level and measures how much a person can develop and grow within the company. Here we measure the degree of training and the quality of professional and personal development of the company. It analyzes the efficiency of generating career opportunities in the company, how the company works with its investment in employee training and how willing it is to improve its employees' abilities and knowledge.
This level also assesses how much support there is from management, colleagues and subordinates to enable people to grow and learn. It measures the level of support between the various areas and teams, enabling people to monitor performance and increase their knowledge and skills.
