If you choose to add all the information about a new employee yourself, this is the place to do so.

User Number - This must be unique in the system
E-mail address - This can be a business or personal address
First name - This could be a nickname or shortened version of the person's name (e.g. Mike for Michael, Jenn for Jennifer, etc.)
Names - This field should contain all of the person's given names, including their full first name and any middle names if applicable. It helps ensure proper identification in the system.
Date of birth and Job Start Date - These are important, so the employee receives an email on their birthday and work anniversary, as well as a colorful banner on their page on those special days.
Active - Unless this checkbox is checked, the user will not be active in the system.
TIP: We highly recommend you encourage the staff to upload a profile picture, so that new hires can easily get acquainted with everyone.
