Relationship Removal Requests
There might be two instances in which an employee might want to remove one of their relationships:
1) Because they don't know them or don't interact with them enough
2) Because they don't have a good relationship, and they might fear a bad rating from them.
Because of reason #2, if a Team Member wants to remove a relationship, an administrator must approve that request.
To review all removal requests, go to the Gear icon > Relationships.
