How to enable employee complaints

Employees can express their most pressing concerns in the Complaints section, which is very powerful and useful.

This section, however, is optional for each organization, and it's not enabled by default.

To do this, go to the gear icon > General Settings, then to the Customization tab and scroll to the bottom.
