Recognition Reports
The recognition messages are seen by the person they are intended for.
However, if that person decides to report the received recognitions, perhaps because they were offensive or inappropriate, you will receive a notification and will need to address the report accordingly.
The Recognition is sent by clicking the Send Stickers button
