Individual Needs

This area analyzes the level of service, tools, care and communication received in the company, and how much clarity, support and support is provided throughout the various parts of the organization. Once the person has a clear idea of his tasks and those of his colleagues and supervisors, we can begin to observe how well the individual roles and activities are met. Here we analyze the various behaviors and activities that affect an individual and his performance more thoroughly. This is the level that assesses how well the company meets the needs of its members and how satisfied they are with their workplace.

Sample questions/statements focused on individual needs:
